Igor Liski joined a discussion on scaling construction materials production for Ukraine’s reconstruction at Odesa Investment Congress 🟢 Odesa hosted the first-ever Odesa Investment Congress, a national-level event that brought together more than 300 developers, investors, architects, manufacturers, and government representatives to discuss the future of Ukrainian cities and the reconstruction economy. 🔵 EFI Group founder Igor Liski took part in the panel discussion “Construction Materials for Ukraine’s Reconstruction: Scaling Production and Securing Market Supply”, where participants explored the prospects for the development of Ukrainian industry, production localization, and the sector’s readiness to meet the demands of the country’s large-scale rebuilding efforts. The discussion focused on the urgent need to expand domestic manufacturing capacities, develop new industrial projects, and attract investment into the production of strategically important construction materials. For Ukraine, reconstruction is not only a challenge but also an opportunity to build a modern industrial base and meet a significant share of market demand with products manufactured in Ukraine. Participants of the Odesa Investment Congress worked simultaneously across two thematic tracks — “Urban Development and Real Estate” and Urban Design.
