𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗔𝗦 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 EFFAS is pleased to welcome Florence PRIOURET to the EFFAS Executive Management Committee. Her appointment was announced during the EFFAS Annual General Meeting, held on 10 June. Florence Priouret is a leading authority in financial markets and corporate governance. She serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF), which she joined in 2024. With over 27 years of executive experience at the AMF—France’s financial markets regulator—she brings deep regulatory insight and strategic vision to her advisory work. She already has significant experience at the European level, having negotiated regulatory texts with Brussels, worked with European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), and participated in a working group with ECODA. EFFAS also expresses its appreciation to Martine Leonard for her many years of dedicated service to the EFFAS Executive Management Committee. With more than 40 years of experience in financial markets and over 20 years in SRI and ESG, Martine Léonard has made an important contribution to the investment profession and to EFFAS’ work on sustainability. Her involvement with SFAF, the EFFAS Commission on ESG and other initiatives proves her commitment to transparency and the fight against greenwashing.
