I have always believed their are 3 things that are crucial if you want to be satisfied with your job. First, you have to like what you do... Second, you have to like the people you work with, and… Third you have to be certain you still add value to the company’s business objectives. I’m very happy to say that I still feel that way about working at BCT. Over the 8 years that I have been at BCT, I have been working with the most talented people in the small satellite industry, from whom I’ve learned a ton. Thanks to that learning, I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position, guiding technology development and strategy decisions as the Executive Director of Technology. Like any new role I have taken on throughout my career, I’m honored the company (in this case my colleagues) has faith in my ability to do the job and I promise not to let them down!
