🌍✨ New office in Barcelona: our global IT Hub, built around people. ✨🌍 As a CIO, I firmly believe that technology alone never creates impact.  People do.   What makes our new IT hub different is the intentional design around how people actually work and collaborate together. For example: - collaboration spaces that enable hybrid teamwork across different locations, yet making the teams feel connected  - areas that focus on community-building, learning, and knowledge exchange  - a set-up that fosters faster decision-making in a global organization. Beyond the physical space, it’s about how we work: enabling and empowering people to co-create and collaborate across boundaries.
