One month to go 🚀 🌟 We have started with the go-live preparation — and this is where everything starts to feel real. If UAT taught us anything, it’s that transformation is never just about systems. It’s about people. Over the past weeks, we’ve navigated complexities, unexpected roadblocks, tight timelines, and tough decisions. But we did it anchored in what truly defines us — and with the incredible engagement of our O2C key users, who truly made the difference. Your expertise, your honest feedback, your commitment, and your resilience have been essential in shaping a solution that must work not only in theory, but in reality. Throughout this journey, we have lived our core values: Respect – Listening to every voice, valuing every concern, and understanding that successful change starts with mutual trust. Team Spirit – Standing together when challenges arise, supporting one another, and moving forward as one O2C team.
