Shawn "Flexatron", "Jamaican Muscle Machine" Rhoden (born April 2, 1975) is a professional American bodybuilder from Jamaica. He is champion of Mr. Olympia 2018, surpassing the American Phil Heath. An aspiring football player in his early teens, Rhoden started bodybuilding in 1992, inspired by the ex-Mr. Universe Yohnnie Shambourger and, after an amateur career broken with several injuries and alcohol dependence, he himself had his IFBB Professional Card | IFBB Pro in 2010. He was 11th at Mr. Olympia (Mr. Olympia debut), 3rd at Mr. Olympia 2012 and 4th at [2013 Mr. Olympia. In 2014, Shawn Rhoden was 3rd in the 2014 Mr. Olympia competition and again 3rd in the 2015 Mr. Olympia competition becoming his second best win.
