11–17 May marks Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is “Take Action.” Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together we are even more powerful.   This week, we’re encouraging everyone to join a group walk with colleagues on site. A simple but powerful way to reset, recharge and connect.   We’re also hosting a special session on “Nurturing Mindfulness in the Workplace,” led by Diane Lang, MA, PPC—Therapist, Author, Professor, Speaker, and Happiness Expert.   Let’s take action together because mental health matters, every day.   #MakeAWorldOfDifference #EdringtonLife #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
