After 2.5 months on the road, the Service Innovation Tour is pressing pause. 9 countries. 16 cities. Countless conversations. What’s stayed with me most isn’t the miles, it’s the people. To every team that welcomed me in, challenged the thinking, shared insights, and embraced the journey towards a more connected, consistent, and future-ready Gleeds: Thank you! The energy, openness, and ambition I’ve seen across our teams has been incredible. It’s clear that Service Innovation isn’t something being “rolled out.” We’re creating one global approach, shaped by local expertise.
