📍 Lushnjë | Sesioni III i Trajnimit mbi Kompostimin Qendra EDMI përmbylli me sukses ciklin e sesioneve për ngritjen e kapaciteteve të MSME-ve në fushën e aplikimit të instrumenteve të qëndrueshme në biznese, me zhvillimin e trajnimit të tretë, të fokusuar në kompostimin si një praktikë e qëndrueshme për agrobizneset dhe fermat. Gjatë këtij sesioni, pjesëmarrësit u njohën me procesin e kompostimit, mënyrën se si ai mund të aplikohet në ferma dhe biznese, si edhe me përfitimet mjedisore dhe ekonomike që ai sjell përmes menaxhimit më të mirë të mbetjeve organike. Pjesëmarrësit u angazhuan aktivisht në diskutime dhe ndanë mendime mbi mënyrat konkrete se si njohuritë e fituara gjatë këtij cikli trajnimesh mund të zbatohen në aktivitetet e tyre, duke nxitur praktika më të qëndrueshme, ulje të kostove dhe përmirësim të performancës së biznesit. 🤝 Sesioni përmbyllës u shoqërua edhe me shpërndarjen e certifikatave për pjesëmarrësit, në vlerësim të angazhimit dhe pjesëmarrjes së tyre aktive përgjatë të gjithë programit. During this session, participants were introduced to the composting process, the ways in which it can be applied in farms and businesses, as well as the environmental and economic benefits it brings through improved organic waste management. Participants actively engaged in discussions and exchanged ideas on practical ways to apply the knowledge gained throughout the training cycle in their own businesses, promoting more sustainable practices, cost reduction, and improved business performance. 🤝 The closing session also included the distribution of certificates to participants, in recognition of their commitment and active participation throughout the programme.
