Vacancy: Performance Coach - Cape Town CBD Edge Field Marketing is seeking dynamic a Performance Coach to lead, manage and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors within a specific territory. About the Role Manage and coach a team of 10-20 Ambassadors across various locations, ensuring they meet performance standards and objectives. You'll be responsible for training, equipping, scheduling, monitoring performance, and building strong relationships with store management. Key Responsibilities Team Development: Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching of Ambassadors Ensuring teams are properly equipped with uniforms and tools Conducting performance appraisals Performance Management: Driving sales targets and customer service excellence Regular store visits and performance monitoring Managing schedules and ensuring compliance with company standards Implementing corrective action and disciplinary processes when necessary Administration: Maintaining accurate staff records and documentation Leave management and staff off boarding Monthly visit schedule planning and execution Requirements Essential: Clear credit and criminal record South African citizenship with valid ID Valid Drivers Licence Reliable vehicle with business insurance Minimum 5 years' management experience in similar role Retail sector experience Proven sales management track record Regional Language Skills: Excellent sales, marketing, and coaching abilities Strong people management and team engagement Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Computer literate (MS Office - intermediate level) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure Preferred: Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Commerce Locations Available Area : Cape Town CBD Application Details: Email CV to: [email protected] , Closing date 21 April 2026 Subject Line: Performance Coach - Cape Town CBD Job Type:        Full-time Travel: Required Travel:               Required
