We’re looking for a Performance Manager to lead a remote team of Performance Coaches who drive frontline success. This role is ideal for a performance-driven individual with a passion for coaching, innovation, and data-led decision-making. About the Role As the Performance Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for the coaching and development of a team of Performance Coaches, who in turn lead and manage Brand Ambassadors. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role requiring strong coaching capability, data proficiency, and the ability to lead remotely. Key Responsibilities •             Manage and develop a remote team of Performance Coaches to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. •             Daily store visits to support Performance Coaches in developing Brand Ambassadors to deliver results and uphold brand standards. •             Drive sales through structured coaching, strategy, and continuous improvement. •             Analyse performance data and use insights to implement actionable improvement plans. •             Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and excellence. •             Identify performance gaps, create innovative solutions, and lead execution of improvements. •             Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance. Minimum Requirements We are looking for an exceptional candidate with the following proven competencies: •             Proven coaching capability •             Track record of consistently reaching sales targets •             Proven ability to innovate and problem-solve •             High level of data analysis and Excel proficiency •             Remote management experience •             Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills •             Based in Eastern Cape, with flexibility to extensively travel regionally •             Relocation might be required How to Apply Submit your CV to: [email protected] Closing Date: 15 May 2026
