We’re looking for a Performance Manager to lead a remote team of Performance Coaches who drive frontline success. This role is ideal for a performance-driven individual with a passion for coaching, innovation, and data-led decision-making. About the Role As the Performance Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for the coaching and development of a team of Performance Coaches, who in turn lead and manage Brand Ambassadors. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role requiring strong coaching capability, data proficiency, and the ability to lead remotely. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor the Performance Coaches to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Performance Management: Set, monitor, and evaluate targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and track regional progress. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns tailored to the assigned territory. Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market activity to identify growth opportunities and provide accurate performance reports. Operational Control: Manage regional budgets and expenses while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Key Requirements Experience: Proven track record in sales management, particularly in field sales or managing teams within a defined territory, with a minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region, where required.
