We’re excited to announce that the Lake Lyell Hydro Environmental Impact Statement is now on public exhibition from 31 March to 28 April 2026. The project team encourages the community and stakeholders to review the EIS and make a submission through the NSW Planning Portal: https://lnkd.in/e5WQbNvy Located on Wiradjuri Country near Lithgow, Lake Lyell Hydro is designed to provide 385 MW of long-duration energy storage for up to eight hours, supporting grid reliability and Australia’s renewable energy transition. Community pop-ups and info sessions will be held across Lithgow during the exhibition period, offering advice and guidance on how to navigate the EIS and make a submission.
