🌊 Provence Grand Large is celebrating its first anniversary! 🎉 Last year, we commissioned a project on an unprecedented scale: the first floating wind farm in France and the Mediterranean sea. This anniversary is an opportunity to look back on a year full of successes: 💡A technological first: comprising three floating wind turbines and an installed capacity of 25 MW, Provence Grand Large utilises pioneering mooring technology designed for deep waters. A breakthrough that marks a turning point in the exploitation of offshore renewable energy. ⚡Low-carbon generation delivered: since its commissioning, our farm has generated nearly 94 GWh of low-carbon electricity, equivalent to the electricity consumption of around 42,500 people. With a load factor of 45%, these results confirm performance in line with our targets!
