📊 The Dynamics 365 market in Sweden is changing, and I'm seeing it first-hand. Over the past year or so, something has shifted. The businesses I speak to are no longer happy handing full control of their D365 transformation to external consultancies. They've been there, they've felt the pain, and now they want ownership back. More and more Swedish organisations are bringing serious D365 expertise in-house. Not just a super-user or an internal champion, but someone who truly owns the platform, drives the roadmap, and can have an equal conversation with any partner in the room. When you look at what Microsoft is pushing out right now, this makes complete sense. The 2026 Release Wave 1 alone covers AI-driven automation across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Service, autonomous agents, deeper Copilot integration, end-to-end workflow intelligence. The platform is becoming more powerful and more complex at the same time. You need people internally who actually get it. The cost of not having that expertise? Partner dependency, ballooning consultancy spend, and losing strategic control of a platform that sits at the heart of your business. What I'm noticing more and more: First-time D365 Platform Owners and Programme Directors being hired. Centres of Excellence being built out post go-live. Senior contractors being brought in to bridge the gap while the right permanent hire is found. Demand for strong D365 talent in Sweden is only going one way. The companies that are moving now to secure that expertise internally are the ones who'll get the most out of where Microsoft is taking this platform. If you're a D365 professional, it's a good time to be you. If you're a business navigating this, I'd love to have a conversation. #Dynamics365 #MicrosoftDynamics #DigitalTransformation #Sweden #ERP #CRM #D365 #Copilot
