We always celebrate how well people conduct themselves in hostile or crime related situations within the security industry, but we should never forget any of our #Frontlineheros that attend medical incidents. I would like to introduce Greta, who took control of a medical incident within #WestfieldStratford. When compliments are used such as “Compassion”, “Respect and “Empathy” which was the feedback we received from people directly involved with the incident, it shows just some of the attributes that Greta delivers daily in her role at #Westfieldstratford. Gareth and I visited #WestfieldStratford where Gareth Ward presented the award and let Greta know how she reacted to this incident is heartfelt and should never be underestimated.
