It was about navigating entirely different EPR categories at the same time. π§ France is the only European country with EPR for sporting goods, while sportswear is classified under textile EPR. On top of that, packaging obligations apply across all products. Each category comes with its own PROs and reporting logic. Getting the product classification right is where the complexity begins. T1TANβs approach: working with ecosistant to bring structure to the EPR jungle. We established a clear compliance framework for France: by supporting product classification, handling registrations across all relevant waste streams and setting up ongoing reporting processes. IDUs, communication with PROs and ongoing compliance monitoring are fully managed by us in the background. The result is a system that works beyond one market.
