More homes are on the way in Banyo, with successful proponents announced under the Queensland Government’s Land Activation Program. 🏡 The 6.4ha Banyo site will deliver 451 homes, supporting more than 800 Queenslanders to have a place to call home, including first home buyers, key workers and seniors. Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) will be working with AR Developments, Rockpool Residential Aged Care and Mission Australia Housing to deliver a mix of townhomes, affordable housing and a residential aged care facility.
