🏗️ Building momentum for Gladstone’s industrial future Construction at the Byellee Precinct in the Clinton Industrial Estate is progressing, with Gladstone-based contractor Golding leading works on site. Sewer, water, drainage, and electrical works are now nearing completion. Once complete, the precinct will deliver 27 medium impact industrial blocks ranging from approximately 4,000 — 10,000 sqm.
