Together, these essays offer a counter narrative to current public debates on diversity in the Netherlands. 🪶 Today we publish the first piece in the series, written by nominee Minal Wickrematunge In her piece, Minal reflects on multivocality in the Dutch cultural sector, and challenges us to rethink whose voices are heard when we speak of decolonizing: “If we truly aim to decolonise our institutions and achieve genuine multivocality, all voices must be brought to the table.
