This week, EBOS Group was proud to celebrate International Women’s Day and the UN theme ‘Balance the Scales’, through a series of activities that sparked connection, reflection and meaningful conversation across our teams. Throughout the week, we heard powerful stories from our people about balancing career and caring responsibilities - and honest reflections on what balancing the scales looks like in real life.  We also came together for a morning tea at our Docklands office, raising donations for Dress for Success (https://lnkd.in/gqyCaArj) supporting women to feel confident and prepared as they pursue economic independence. One of the highlights was the wonderful array of photos contributed by our people, capturing what #BalanceTheScales means to them.  International Women’s Day reinforces our commitment to building an inclusive environment where our people can succeed.
