Some meetings end with applause. This one ended with 700 bags for people in need. 🤝📦 This week, Purem by Eberspächer plant managers and the respective support function managers from Europe, Brazil and South Africa came together in #Neunkirchen, Germany. Their goal: connect, learn from each other to bring the production in the network to the next level. Before the final act, they shared best practices, AI-initiatives and walked the shop floor with different pit stops – exploring what's shaping production today: laser welding processes, fully digital autonomous transport systems, and advanced measurement technologies. But the last pit stop was different. Together, they packed 700 care packages filled with hygiene essentials – handed over to the Caritasverband Schaumberg-Blies e.V. for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and people with low incomes in the community.
