A training program that teaches communication. And then proves it – in real time. 🚀 Last week, around 25 of our #DedicatedPeople gathered in #Tondela, Portugal for the second module of our #EuropeanDevelopmentProgram – three packed days of learning, connecting, and growing together. On the agenda: 🧠 Professional communication and presentation skills 🔍 Body language and cognitive bias 🔄 Effective feedback techniques 👥 Interactive group sessions But what stood out most wasn't on the agenda. A #network that extends beyond the program: mutual visits, joint projects, and active support are already in the works. The Tondela plant team made it unforgettable: a guided plant tour, an evening at a traditional local pottery studio, and dinners with authentic Portuguese cuisine – hosted by Carlos Mugeiro, Ernesto Santos, Teresa Gomes, Rita Silva and Marcelo Nicácio and more members of the Plant Management team.
