Last week, #DedicatedPeople at our Purem by Eberspächer site in #Oradea, Romania, didn't just think about that – they practiced it. 💡 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Day brought a full program to life: an evacuation drill, hands-on training with fire extinguishers and hydrants, and a production-floor quiz where correct answers earned real rewards. The day didn't stop at emergency response. A waste sorting competition reinforced environmental responsibility, while the site's occupational physician led a session on workplace accidents – their causes, and how to prevent them. 🦺 HSE is not a once-a-year reminder.
