Wrapped up January with two days visit, proctoring and had great in depth discussions of advanced robitic pelvic surgery (robotic beyond TME for rectal cancer) with highly esteemed colleagues Benjamin Fernandez and Bertrand Célérier and their team at CHU de Bordeaux. Always learn a lot from visits like these to high volume dedicated centres! Interesting also to see cultural differences between northern and southern Europe impact descision-making and reconstruction techniques. Thanks for the great reception and friendly atmosphere!
