We’ve signed an agreement to combine our Mobility Group with Dana Incorporated creating a global engineered solutions partner with approximately $11B in sales serving commercial vehicle and light vehicle OEMs worldwide. The combined company will bring together complementary technologies, expand presence in core markets, and deliver enhanced value to customers through a broad portfolio of capabilities.
