Let’s hear avtar sahota's story, in his own words. "I joined Eastman in 2019 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Those early days were full of learning, guidance, and teamwork. During the Unit-2 startup phase, responsibilities were high, but the support from seniors and colleagues turned challenges into learning opportunities. Over time, my efforts were recognized through promotions - from Engineer to Senior Engineer, and now Assistant Manager - Production. What makes this journey truly special is the positive and supportive work environment. At Eastman, people care, help, and grow together. This sense of unity turns work into purpose anc challenges into achievements. With deep gratitude and pride, I can truly say that Eastman has not only built my career, but alsc shaped the person I am today, l am thankful to every senior, colleague, and team member who believed in me and walked with me on this journey.
