Before entering research, I spent time at DHL, working closely with the people on the shop floor and experiencing firsthand the physical demands of industrial work. I saw the challenges workers face every day and realized that many existing solutions were not designed around their real needs. That experience is what led me into research at Technical University of Munich, Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie/ Human Factors TUM in the first place: to help develop a solution that could truly make a difference. Today, what motivates me is something entirely different: Bringing that technology back to the people who inspired it. 🦾 💪 As Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of EASE, my mission is clear: turn years of research into real-world impact and build a company that transforms how physical work is performed. My journey from shop floor to researcher and now founder taught me that even the most innovative technology creates no value if it never leaves the laboratory. Success is not measured by patents, prototypes, or publications. Success is measured when a customer decides to implement a solution because it solves a real problem. 🦾 That's why my focus today is sales. 🎯 Not sales in the traditional sense of selling products. But understanding customers, identifying their challenges, building trust, and creating solutions that deliver measurable value for their employees and their business. In many ways, sales is where the journey comes full circle. The conversations I have today with logistics managers, ergonomics specialists, production leaders, and CEOs are rooted in the same questions I first encountered on the shop floor years ago. How can EASE help you succeed?
