🌈 Inclusion starts with showing up: E.ON at CSD PolitParade    Last Saturday, colleagues from across E.ON came together for Munich's Christopher Street Day (CSD) PolitParade – and this year, E.ON was more strongly represented than ever before. We kicked off the day with a shared breakfast before joining tens of thousands of people marching through the city to celebrate diversity, equality, and inclusion. The temperatures were challenging, but so was the commitment of everyone who showed up – and the atmosphere throughout the day made every step worth it. 🏳️‍🌈 For us, taking part in CSD is about more than joining a parade. It's about creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can bring their whole selves to work. 🙌 At E.ON Digital Technology, we know that different perspectives lead to better collaboration, stronger innovation, and better technology. That's why inclusion isn't something we celebrate only during Pride Month – it's part of the culture we strive to build every day.
