Game on – upskilling our colleagues’ AI proficiency 🎮 We are tech to the core – our recent training module demonstrated this once again by bringing to life our first-ever prompting game, "Prompt. Refine. Repeat." It takes our employees on a virtual mission to learn and experience practical prompting techniques hands-on. Players step aboard Starship Zero and embark on a mission to energize the galaxy. The success depends on one skill: how well they communicate with AI. The goal? Navigating through six levels through clear, consistent, and actionable prompts, eventually delivering sustainable energy to nearby stations in the galaxy. Why is this more than a game? 🚀Real business impact: AI is a key technology for solving business challenges and increasing efficiency at E.ON. Upskilling our colleagues in a gamified way allows us to create tangible business value.           💪Future-proofing skills: Colleagues learn practical prompting techniques to get the best from AI skills that are helpful for their daily work. This allows them to save time, solve problems, and communicate with impact. ⚙️#Welovetechnology: The Prompting Game was built by our colleagues from Digital Empowerment – our team for skills development – in co-creation with Expert Services, E.ON's in-house technology consultancy. Their overall goal?
