๐ Pride is never just a party. ย In celebration of Pride Month, our Munich colleagues had a very special guest: drag artist Barbie Q came to the office for an afternoon full of colour, laughter, and real energy. And yes, it looked exactly as much fun as it was. ย But Pride means more than that. ย LGBTQ+ colleagues, customers and communities still face real barriers at work, in legislation, in everyday life. When we create space for authentic self-expression, we make a deliberate statement about the culture we are building. ย And the business case is simple: people who truly belong, who can show up as themselves without fear, are more engaged, happier, and perform better. Inclusion is not a nice-to-have. It is how great organisations unlock their people's full potential. โFor me, Pride in a corporate context means not only inviting people to be visible but also giving them the confidence to truly be themselves,โ Barbie Q shared during her visit. ย At [email protected], we have refocused our network strategy around one clear ambition: fewer priorities, bigger impact. That means allyship, belonging and above all, reaching the people not yet part of this conversation. ย Events like this one are not just for those who already feel represented. They are an open door for colleagues who are curious, still finding their way in, or simply asking: how can I show up as an ally? ย That dialogue starts with moments like these.
