E.ON is firmly committed to supporting women in leadership and is once again part of the prestigious next-gen network, "A Seat at the Table". The initiative, led by manager magazin, Harvard Business manager and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), brings together selected leadership talent from a wide range of industries each year. Being selected for the programme is in itself a significant distinction, as participants are nominated exclusively by the 100 Most Influential Women in German Business. Three E.ON executives are represented in the current year: Dr. Iris Eveleigh Eveleigh (Head of Investor Relations), Dr. Daniela Groher (CFO at Bayernwerk) and Jaya Sharma (SVP One Billing Project at E.ON Digital Technology). Their nomination underlines the strength of female talent at E.ON and the central role diverse talent plays in the company's further development.
