Now, it’s powering the next chapter. 📚 Flau’jae Johnson, a basketball star, rapper and founder of the More to 4 Foundation met GG Banks through the women’s basketball circuit, connecting during Overtime Select where shared ambition turned into mentorship and momentum. Their bond started on the court and grew into a relationship rooted in confidence, consistency and community.  Overtime Select is an eight-team young women’s basketball league showcasing the top 15 to 18-year-old players in the country. Designed to empower athletes as leaders, OT Select equips them with the tools and resources to build personal brands as they prepare for college.  When OT Select launched, Flau’jae signed on as a mentor and advisory panelist, acting as OT Select Talent. She is now a team owner. From that vantage point, she spotted GG’s fire: the curiosity to learn, the grit to grow and the presence to lead. Their conversations go beyond plays and stats, centering on staying true to oneself, navigating pressure and building a brand that reflects purpose.  At e.l.f. Beauty, the people power the pulse.
