E+H acted as lead counsel in the implementation of a joint venture to establish 'CNBC DACH', a new multimedia platform delivering German-language business and financial news across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with its headquarters in Vienna. 📺📰 The joint venture operates under an exclusive 10-year license granted by CNBC, the global market leader in business and financial news, to the joint venture company C-DACH Business News Holding GmbH. Its partners include Austrian entrepreneur, investor, and founder Alexander Schütz, renowned entrepreneur and investor Benjamin Lakatos, and media entrepreneur Rusmir Nefic. 🤝 'CNBC DACH' is planned as a 24/7, multiplatform business news service, delivering high-quality, fact-based content across television, digital platforms and other channels, tailored specifically to the DACH region. The launch is scheduled for 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. E+H advised Deneb Algedi Invest AG, the family office of Benjamin Lakatos.
