Still reflecting on an incredible evening at the PQ Magazine. A huge thank you to Graham Hambly for putting on such a brilliant event and for continuing to champion the accountancy education sector with so much energy, personality and purpose. We were incredibly proud to see e-Careers named PQ Magazine Accountancy College of the Year 2026, just weeks after also being recognised as AAT Distance Learning Provider of the Year 2026. But for us, this is not just about celebrating what has already been achieved. It is also about what comes next. That is why I am delighted to officially announce the launch of our partnership with Grace Hardy MAAT. Grace represents so much of what the future of accountancy needs: ambition, authenticity, relatability, digital confidence and a genuine passion for helping the next generation see what is possible in this profession. She has also recently been named in Forbes 30 Under 30, becoming the youngest person on the Finance list this year and, incredibly, the first UK accountancy firm owner to receive this recognition. What makes Grace’s story so powerful is not just the recognition itself, but what it represents: the power of apprenticeships, resilience, entrepreneurship and showing young people that their background does not define their future. At e-Careers, we bring scale, structure and proven learner outcomes. We have trained over 10,000 accounting learners in the past five years, supported more than 1,500 into work experience opportunities, and helped hundreds move into full-time roles. Grace Hardy MAAT brings a powerful voice, a trusted personal brand, lived experience of the accountancy journey, and a deep connection with young people, aspiring accountants and future apprentices. Together, we want to make accountancy feel more accessible, more practical and more inspiring.
