At the Generis American CIO & Cybersecurity Summit, many organizations shared a common concern: how to balance AI innovation with operational readiness. During our workshop, DCG's Managing Partner and Microsoft Principal Architect Dustin Domerese and Chief Strategy Officer Josh Santiago highlighted that ~1 in 3 organizations are actively scaling AI across business functions. As AI adoption accelerates, organizations need a clear understanding of their readiness before moving from experimentation to enterprise scale. To help address that challenge, delegates worked through a practical assessment framework that helped them evaluate their current level of readiness, identify potential gaps, and understand the operational and technology foundations required to successfully scale automation and AI.
