Liderlik sadece iş yerinde değil, topluma ve sanata katkı sunduğumuz alanlarda da gelişiyor. Her şey KPI’lar, projeler ve iş sonuçlarından ibaret değil. 😊 Biraz da profesyonel hayatımızın dışında bizi besleyen, geliştiren ve mutlu eden deneyimlerden bahsedelim… Kocaeli Bölge Tiyatrosu’nun sahnelediği “Hayvan Çiftliği” oyununda makyöz olarak görev alma fırsatı buldum. Sahne önündeki performans kadar perde arkasındaki emeğin, ekip çalışmasının ve özverinin de ne kadar kıymetli olduğunu bir kez daha deneyimledim. Genç oyuncuların heyecanına ortak olmak ve bu güzel projeye küçük de olsa katkı sunabilmek benim için büyük bir mutluluk ve onurdu. Bu emeğin Kocaeli Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi eğitimcilerinden Kadir Yüksel tarafından desteklenmesi ve bir teşekkür belgesiyle yine Kocaeli Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi eğitimcilerinden Burhan Akçin tarafından takdir ve takdim edilmesi ise ayrıca gurur verici oldu. Başta güzel arkadaşım Kübra olmak üzere, sahnede ve perde arkasında emek veren tüm ekibi gönülden tebrik ediyor; sanata, genç yeteneklere ve üretime alan açan Kocaeli Bölge Tiyatrosu ailesine teşekkür ediyorum. Life is not all about KPIs, projects, and business results. 😊 Sometimes it’s worth talking about the experiences outside our professional lives that inspire us, help us grow, and bring us joy. I had the opportunity to work as a makeup artist for Animal Farm, performed by Kocaeli Bölge Tiyatrosu. This experience reminded me once again that the dedication, teamwork, and effort behind the scenes are just as valuable as the performance on stage. Being part of the excitement of these young performers and contributing, even in a small way, to such a meaningful project was both an honor and a great source of happiness. It was especially rewarding to have this effort supported by Kadir Yüksel and recognized with a certificate of appreciation presented by Burhan Akçin. I would like to congratulate everyone who contributed both on stage and behind the scenes, especially my dear friend Kübra, and extend my sincere thanks to the Kocaeli Bölge Tiyatrosu family for supporting art, young talent, and creativity.
