We had a fantastic time hosting Lantra Scotland ’s Be a Farmer event at Dundee and Angus College last week! 🧑‍🌾🚜 Over two action-packed days, we welcomed school pupils from across the region, as well as career changers, careers advisers and employability teams, to explore the huge variety of careers available in agriculture and the rural sector. From food production, animal care and science to technology, machinery and much more, there was plenty to discover. Visitors got the chance to fly drones, try out VR headsets, meet some goats, learn about beekeeping and have a go at driving a tractor! 🐐🐝🚁🥽🚜 It was great to see so many people getting hands-on, asking questions and finding out more about the exciting opportunities available in the industry.
