Dulcedo's TM Retreat 2026: Building Stronger Leaders, Smarter Systems, and a Unified Vision 🚀 36 Team Managers, Associate Directors, and Directors gathered at Wakax Hacienda in Tulum, Mexico for the annual TM Retreat — three days of immersive workshops, honest conversations, and the kind of in-person connection that no Google call can replicate. Over 11 workshops and 3 team bonding activities, the group tackled real operational challenges, explored leadership and culture, sharpened sales strategies, and formed four cross-functional committees to drive meaningful change in the months ahead.
