Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work. In manufacturing, safety is more than a policy or a poster on the wall. It’s the maintenance supervisor who flags a chemical handling issue before it becomes an incident. It’s the line operator who speaks up when something doesn’t feel right. It’s the EHS manager who fights for the right PPE, procedures, and chemistry even when it’s the harder conversation to have.
