His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, today honoured the next generation of Emirati leaders at the graduation ceremony of our 2025 cohort. Part of Al Multaqa, our unified platform for UAE National talent, 23 graduates now step into roles across our diversified portfolio. His Highness was joined by His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs; Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding; His Excellency Malek Al Malek, Group CEO of Dubai Holding Asset Management; and senior leaders from across the Group. Our graduate programmes, including Leaders of Tomorrow, equip high-potential talent with early leadership responsibility, breadth of exposure and the future-ready capabilities to lead in a fast-evolving economy. Together with our leadership development, scholarship, sponsorship and mentorship initiatives, they form Al Multaqa — our unified Emiratisation Programme supporting Emirati talent at every stage of their career.
