انطلاقًا من رؤية هيئة الثقافة والفنون في دبي بأهمية حماية الملكية الفكرية في قطاع الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية، نظّم قسم الدراسات وإدارة المعرفة بإدارة الإستراتيجية والتميز المؤسسي ورشة عمل متخصصة لنقل المعرفة حول مخرجات دراسة 'الملكية الفكرية في قطاع الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية'، والتي تُعد من المشاريع الاستراتيجية الرئيسية ومن ضمن خطة دبي. عُقدت الورشة في متحف الاتحاد بتاريخ 29 مايو 2025، وشهدت حضور نخبة من الخبراء والمختصين يتقدمهم سعادة الدكتور عبدالرحمن حسن المعيني، الوكيل المساعد لقطاع الملكية الفكرية في وزارة الاقتصاد، والسيدة هدى بركات، رئيس الرابطة الدولية للملكية الفكرية في الإمارات وعضو مجلس إدارة جمعية الإمارات للملكية الفكرية إلى جانب ممثلين من جمعية الإمارات للملكية الفكرية، وعدد من موظفي الهيئة من مختلف القطاعات. تميزت الورشة بنقاشات ثرية ومداخلات بنّاءة أسهمت في تعزيز الوعي وتبادل الخبرات حول سبل حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية في الصناعات الإبداعية. #دبي_للثقافة #ورش_نقل_المعرفة In line with our commitment to protecting intellectual property in the cultural and creative industries, the Studies and Knowledge Management Department, under the Strategy and Corporate Excellence Department, organised a specialised knowledge transfer workshop on insights from the study 'Intellectual Property in the Cultural and Creative Industries Sector', a key strategic project within the Dubai Plan. Led by H. E. Dr Abdulrahman Hassan Al Muaini, Assistant Undersecretary for the Intellectual Property Sector at the Ministry of Economy, and Ms Hoda Barakat, President of the International Intellectual Property Association in the UAE and a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Intellectual Property Association, the workshop was held at Etihad Museum on 29 May. Fostering collaboration between our employees and representatives from the Emirates Intellectual Property Association, the workshop featured rich discussions and constructive dialogues that helped raise awareness and facilitate the exchange of expertise on ways to protect intellectual property rights in the creative industries. #DubaiCulture #KnowledgeTransferWorkshops
