At the beginning of June, we officially opened our new Production Control Center (PCC) on the shop floor – an important milestone in our digital production journey. Each production department has now its own real-time dashboard, providing full transparency on ongoing orders and any deviations as they occur. This enables faster decision-making, better coordination, and a more proactive way of managing production. A special thank you goes to iosys for their professional support in data mining and processing. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to implement the project quickly and very efficiently. Just three weeks after the launch, the PCC has already proven its value. We are seeing measurable improvements in both quality and lead times. Even more importantly, despite some initial skepticism, our employees have quickly recognized the benefits of the system and made it part of their daily routine. The new transparency creates a calmer and more structured workflow. Everyone can clearly see what they accomplished yesterday, what needs to be done today, and what work is coming next.
