Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning and overseeing supply chain and inventory management processes, ensuring materials and resources are delivered efficiently and on time. Responsibilities also include coordinating with vendors, managing logistics schedules, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Management to ensure efficient handling and distribution of materials 2. Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving logistical or supply chain challenges 3. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring client satisfaction 4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively 5. Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus 6. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field 7. Relevant experience in logistics coordination or a related role 8. Well-versed in UAE customs clearance processes.
