Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who continue to make invaluable contributions across all areas of our organisation. At DSV, we aim to foster a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and make meaningful contributions to our shared success. As part of this, we work to offer equal opportunities, remove barriers and ensure belonging for all, while ensuring that we build an organisation that is resilient, innovative and representative of the communities we serve. To achieve these ambitions, we have already established a number of global initiatives to promote gender equality, including our Women in Leadership programme. However, we recognise there is still more to be done to drive this agenda forward, and we are therefore introducing networks, mentoring schemes and targeted development programmes for female colleagues – all aimed at attracting, nurturing and advancing women within our workforce and thereby strengthening our collective capability to tackle future challenges. In connection with this year’s International Women’s Day, we asked some of our colleagues what advice they would give to women who are at an early stage of their career.
