As Pride Month ends, we’re celebrating the amazing energy, support, and allyship shown by our colleagues and looking ahead to how we keep advancing inclusion and belonging together. 🏳️‍🌈 This year, we united under the theme “Stand Proud. Progress Together.” Our global Pride webinar brought together colleagues and leaders from around the world, complemented by local celebrations, learning sessions, and impactful conversations organized by our Be You ERG. Check out some pictures below. To put progress into perspective, we participated in the Workplace Pride Benchmark, which evaluates LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace and provides a clear roadmap for the future. We are proud that our results showed meaningful progress, with a score increase of 10.4% since 2024. June may have ended, but our efforts to advance inclusion and belonging continue. From inclusive recruitment practices, benefits, and workplace design to allyship initiatives, progress is an ongoing commitment. #webringprogresstolife
