Every year, our CXOs sponsor the auction from their own pocket, and every employee - including our housekeeping staff - becomes part of the auction pool. Teams are formed through bidding, a team lead is chosen, and together with the sponsor, they design strategies for chess, carrom, Volleyball, Badminton, table tennis, and cricket.
