🌟 This photo may look like just another photo of an executive development program. But we made magic together! The room vibrated with positive energy and commitment to learning. I honestly can’t recall having this much fun teaching – and I LOVE teaching! 💓 We laughed, we learned, we practiced – and we connected deeply. Thank you, Jennifer Lau, MBA, for inviting me, thanks to Dean Marchildon and Sara Makiya for helping me prepare, and to Kailyn Saxer-Taulbee and Charlotte Grinnell for making everything run smoothly. You helped create a wonderful space for learning! And the participants... I'm struggling to find the right words. You brought such curiosity and warmth, your whole hearts and openness to the room that I could feel it sing! We danced, didn’t we? You allowed me to do what I love doing the most – sharing what I know about how to help people grow. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
