This is my 2nd Sunday honoring a #blackintech for #blackhistorymonth. This Sunday I would like to honor the accomplishments of Chris Young, the President and CEO of McAfee LLC. He has been featured in #blackenterprise, #forbes, and many other magazines discussing his impact in cyber. As a graduate from Princeton (Bachelors) and Harvard (MBA), he runs an over $3 billion company that has solid name recognition. It was also interesting to read in the Forbes article, that in the early 90’s Chris Young co-founded his first security company in his mid 20’s. Prior to McAfee, he is an experienced SVP for companies such as Intel Security Group, Cisco’s Security Business Group, and VMware.
