Re-looking at Integral Business School (IBS), Integral University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh after three months has been deeply satisfying. Not because I moved on. But because the #institution did not. That, for me, is the real test of #institutionbuilding. Between 23 September 2024 and 5 February 2026, I had the privilege of leading a 500-day transformation journey — from the Department of Business Management to Integral Business School, a flagship business school of Integral University, Lucknow. Those 500 days were about #building #systems, not dependence. They were about securing #NBA re-accreditation after a seven-year gap, revising curriculum across nine programmes, strengthening OBE and accreditation-readiness, launching new academic verticals, expanding admissions, improving revenue sustainability, deepening industry and global partnerships, creating the IBS Business Leaders Conclave, and building a sharper institutional identity through a new website, branding and outreach. Then came the next 40 days — perhaps equally important. From 6 February to 16 March 2026, the focus was on #successionplanning, #handover and #stabilisation. The question was simple: would the #transformation remain person-driven, or would it become #institution-driven? Three months later, I am genuinely happy to see Integral Business School up and running — preserving the momentum, sustaining the systems, and building further on the foundation created. That is the finest validation of #leadership. The greatest test of institution building is not what happens when you stay. It is what continues when you leave. I feel grateful that I could contribute to this transformation. I feel even happier that the institution continues to evolve beyond me. These 500+ days reaffirmed my personal mission: “Transforming Teachers into Leaders and Institutions into Change-Makers.” From a department to a business school. From individual leadership to institutional continuity. From transformation to #legacy.
